Sofie Bejder is a senior sustainability consultant within sustainable transition at Grant Thornton and part of the ESG team in the Aarhus office. She has more than five years’ experience working with sustainability and ESG and joined Grant Thornton in 2025.
With a background as a civil engineer, Sofie takes a structured approach to planning and executing complex ESG processes and projects. She combines technical insight with experience in change management and organisational development to ensure that ESG initiatives are embedded in the organisation and create real business value.
Sofie advises companies on how data, processes and governance can support both compliance and strategic objectives. She works particularly with double materiality assessments, impact analyses and the development of Excel-based tools to support process management, documentation and reporting.
