Annual report and other reports

Grant Thornton has released its 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance Report, outlining progress and priorities across sustainability, people, governance and responsible growth.

Titled Building with Intention, this marks Grant Thornton’s first ESG report that includes details related to ESG alignment and progress from firms across its multinational platform. The report reflects efforts to bring ESG priorities and goals together across the multinational platform, while preserving the individual cultures, identities and regulatory requirements of each firm.

A transparency report must be prepared and published by audit firms that issue audit opinions on annual accounts, etc. in the public interest.

The report contains the following:

• A description of the legal structure and ownership
• A description of the audit firm's management structure
• If the audit firm belongs to a network, a description of the network and the audit firm's legal and structural arrangements with the network
• Information on the basis of the partners' remuneration
• A description of the audit firm's internal quality management system, including a statement of the policies for independence and continuing education

Grant Thornton will not publish a transparency report for 2025.
