Sebastian Frøkjær-Lorendsen is a state-authorised public accountant and partner at Grant Thornton in Copenhagen. He primarily advises CFOs, private equity funds, scale-ups and boards of Danish companies, and works particularly with early-stage start-ups, scale-ups, fund-owned businesses and groups with activities in Denmark.
Sebastian's focus is on strengthening IFRS reporting, investor readiness and performance management, and on delivering reporting that meets the expectations of international and professional boards and investors. He advises on IFRS reporting and IFRS conversions, quality of earnings and financial due diligence, tax optimisation and R&D tax credits for tech companies, as well as exit structuring for founders and private equity.
