Peter Stokholm is a partner at Grant Thornton Denmark and has worked as an auditor since 2008. He has extensive experience in audit and advisory services for both international groups and Danish companies, as well as foundations and associations with specific governance and compliance requirements.
He works closely with international clients operating in Denmark and has substantial experience with complex group audits and reporting under both IFRS and US GAAP. Peter also advises private equity funds and their portfolio companies on acquisitions, due diligence and transaction execution, and supports clients with working capital optimisation, deal structuring and corporate reorganisations, including mergers, demergers and share exchanges.
