Michael Winther Rasmussen

Michael Winther Rasmussen is a State Authorised Public Accountant, co-founding Partner and Chair of the Board of Grant Thornton Denmark.

He has more than 25 years of experience as a financial and strategic adviser to executive teams and owners of medium-sized and larger companies – both in Denmark and internationally.

Michael has extensive insight into a wide range of sectors, and he works broadly with strategy, governance, transformation, value creation, and business development and optimisation.

As Partner and Chair of the Board at Grant Thornton, Michael plays a central internal role in developing Grant Thornton Denmark.
