Jesper Skaarup Vestergaard is a partner and head of Grant Thornton Denmark’s Corporate Finance practice.
He advises on mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, capital raisings and valuations and has more than 20 years’ experience with transactions, financing, valuations and restructurings, with a particular focus on the Danish small and mid‑market.
Since joining Grant Thornton in 2016, Jesper has primarily advised Danish owner-managed businesses and SMEs and has led a number of M&A transactions and IPOs on Nasdaq First North Denmark.
Over the course of his career, he has advised large corporates, international groups with operations in Denmark, institutional investors and private equity funds, building his experience in leading corporate finance environments across consulting and audit firms, specialised M&A advisers and international financial institutions.
