Jens Christian Betton Johansen is a Director in Grant Thornton Corporate Finance and has been part of the Danish Corporate Finance team since 2019.
He has worked with M&A transactions since 2017 and primarily advises Danish owner-managed businesses on acquisitions and disposals, with a particular focus on succession transactions among shareholders.
Jens has also been responsible for a number of Danish IPOs and capital raisings and is registered as a Certified Adviser with Nasdaq Copenhagen.
He holds a master's degree in finance and Investments (cand.merc.fin.) from Copenhagen Business School and has studied in both the United States and Australia.
