Brian Bay began his career as an auditor in 2004 and has for almost 20 years worked with a wide range of businesses and sectors. His experience includes the service and construction industries, real estate, and machinery and manufacturing companies.
His clients have primarily been local businesses, particularly owner-managed companies, but his engagements have also included international companies in Europe and the United States.
In addition to audit and financial reporting, Brian advises on business acquisitions and disposals, succession planning and restructurings, both tax-exempt and taxable. His primary focus is to deliver value-adding advice based on the specific needs of each business.
His client relationships are characterised by open dialogue, mutual respect and a high level of trust, both with clients and colleagues.
