Asger Engsager Laigaard is a Director in Corporate Finance at Grant Thornton. With more than ten years’ experience in M&A and as part of Grant Thornton since 2023, he advises on corporate transactions and strategic deals.
He has executed and advised on a large number of international transactions, both as an external adviser and as an in‑house M&A professional in industry. Asger has worked with clients and acquisition targets across a wide range of sectors and has experience with small, mid-sized and large companies, both listed and privately owned.
Asger primarily advises small and mid-sized companies in the Nordics on M&A, capital raisings and other strategic considerations.
