Anne Katrine Wolgast is a sustainability and ESG adviser at Grant Thornton with extensive experience in ESG strategy, compliance and reporting.
She joined Grant Thornton in 2025 and has previously held leadership roles in international companies within shipping and industry.
Anne Katrine focuses on double materiality assessments for CSRD reporting, stakeholder engagement and the development of ESG strategies. She advises both listed companies and SMEs on aligning sustainability initiatives with long-term growth and compliance objectives, including transition plans, digital product passports and adaptation to new regulation such as PPWR.
Her work also includes ESG reporting in accordance with CSRD/ESRS and VSME, establishing data collection processes, governance structures and policies, conducting impact assessments, and developing and delivering sustainability training programmes for management and employees.
