Bo Lysen is a state-authorised public accountant with 20 years’ experience in accounting, audit and business advisory and has held audit signing rights for 30 years.
He acts as a key adviser to owner-managed businesses and is a specialist in tax law, tax practice and the specific conditions affecting owner-managers.
Bo has in-depth knowledge of accounting and tax matters in connection with business transfers and bank negotiations and places strong emphasis on professional standards, ethics and quality in his work.
He also has extensive experience with associations and foundations, as well as advising on the Danish business tax scheme (virksomhedsskatteordningen).
