Sebastian With Raunstrup

Sebastian is a State Authorised Public Accountant and Partner at Grant Thornton Denmark, where he is responsible for international matters. He works with both international and national clients across a wide range of industries. 
 
Sebastian joined Grant Thornton in March 2015 following a merger. His primary focus is on the backbone of Danish business — small and medium-sized enterprises with diverse ownership structures. In 2018, he became a member of the partner group. 
 
Most recently, he was elected to member of the Board of Grant Thornton Denmark and is working with determination to deliver on the firm’s strategy in an ever-changing audit and advisory landscape.

Sector experience

As Head of International Matters, Sebastian has developed a broad network and strong familiarity with colleagues abroad. It has become increasingly common for foreign businesses to establish themselves in Denmark, and it is always a pleasure when a successful set-up is completed. 
 
Sebastian primarily advises owner-managed businesses that operate locally but often also have an international presence, influencing both people and society. 
He works with clients across many sectors and company sizes, with particular focus on advisory services within areas such as IT, the restaurant industry (from McDonald’s to Michelin-starred restaurants), as well as the creative industries, including actors, advertising agencies and musicians.
