Jan Poul Crilles Tønnesen is a Danish state-authorised public accountant with more than 50 years’ experience advising small and medium-sized owner-managed businesses.
He is a partner at Grant Thornton Denmark and advises companies across a broad range of areas, including tax advisory, audit and financial reporting, business acquisitions and disposals, due diligence, restructurings and succession planning. He also has experience working with listed companies.
Jan served as a member of the Moore Stephens Europe Executive Committee from 1997 to 2014, with responsibility for the Nordic and Baltic countries. Through this work, he has built a strong international network and long-standing relationships with international clients.
