With more than 30 years of experience in Corporate Finance, M&A and Private Equity, Jan advises companies as part of Grant Thornton's Corporate Finance department.
Jan has solid experience and advises private equity funds, large companies and in particular family-owned and owner-managed companies in Denmark.
Jan has been responsible for the execution of both the sell and buy sides of transactions as well as IPOs and capital raises on Nasdaq Copenhagen/the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.
With a strategic focus, Jan has during his career alternated between large listed companies in Scandinavia and small and medium-sized companies in Denmark.
