Esben is Transfer Pricing Director at Grant Thornton. He brings more than 25 years of experience from the Danish Tax Agency, serving at the Competent Authority and later in the Legal Division. Alongside this, he represented Denmark at OECD Working Party No. 6. on transfer pricing.
He advises all sectors and across all types of controlled transactions. Esben covers the full transfer pricing lifecycle—legislation and guidance, audits, MAP and APAs, and litigation before tax tribunals and courts. He delivers solutions that balance regulatory expectations with business goals: pragmatic, transparent, and aligned with international best practices.
