Transparency report
Below you will find Grant Thornton's latest transparency reports.
A transparency report must be prepared and published by audit firms that issue audit opinions on annual accounts, etc. in the public interest.
The report contains the following:
- A description of the legal structure and ownership
- A description of the audit firm's management structure
- If the audit firm belongs to a network, a description of the network and the audit firm's legal and structural arrangements with the network
- Information on the basis of the partners' remuneration
- A description of the audit firm's internal quality management system, including a statement of the policies for independence and continuing education
Grant Thornton will not publish a transparency report for 2025.
