Ole Fabricius

Ole Fabricius has been with Grant Thornton since 1987 and is responsible for providing audit and consultancy services to a number of major clients, mainly listed companies and groups within the industrial, trade and financial sectors.

Currently, Ole is the auditor of e.g.:

• Danske Bank A/S (Denmark’s largest bank)
• Danica Pension A/S (Major pension firm)
• Realkredit Danmark A/S (Major mortgage bank)
• Olie & Gas aktiviteter (A.P. Møller - Mærsk)
• Rosti A/S (A.P. Møller - Mærsk)
• Folketinget (the Danish Parliament)
• Rigsrevisionen (the Danish National Auditors)
• BØRNEfonden (Major Danish sponsor organisa-tion)
• Foreningen til Unge Handelsmænds Uddannelse (FUHU) (The Danish Society for the Advancement of Business Education).

Ole is head of the Danish part of the International Business centre (IBC) in Danmark, which serves as access point to all resources in Grant Thornton’s international network.

In addition, Ole is member of Grant Thornton International’s Risk Management Advisory Committee.

As a member of the audit committee under the Institute of State Authorized Public Accountants in Denmark (FSR), Ole takes part in standard setting and legislative work for accountants in Denmark.
