Jan Hetland Møller

Jan Hetland Møller has extensive experience within Corporate Finance and since 2001, he has been responsible for the Corporate Finance activities in Grant Thornton Denmark.

Jan has been in charge of several national and international consulting tasks within business transactions, including acquisitions and divestments, mergers, reorganisations etc. and consequently, has significant experience within analysis of financial and operational conditions, due diligence and valuation of companies.

In addition, Jan has been appointed Certified Adviser at the Nordic marketplace First North and has provided consulting services to several companies in connection with their preparations for joining First North.

Furthermore, Jan was one of the pioneers within Public Private Partnerships (PPP) in Denmark and has as such acted as financial adviser in both the development of PPP tools as well as in feasibility studies of PPP models.

Jan works closely with Grant Thornton’s European Corporate Finance departments, including the PPP department in London.
